Many people today are considering hybrid cars to compensate for the high cost of fuel. These cars can run on batteries and gasoline which significantly reduces the cost.
Unfortunately, this is also happening to many of us in our spiritual lives. We are fueling our inner lives in hybrid ways.
On the one hand our faith is powered by forgiveness (“Forgive 7 x 70”). But on the other hand our minds are powered with angry judgments we are continually making about other people, especially those who are in public life.
We love to pump angry judgments into our minds because we feel that it gives us control.
