You Are Not Alone

Share with your friends on Facebook

To lose sleep worrying about a friend or a loved one.
To have trouble picking yourself up after someone lets you down.

To feel whole again because someone didn’t love you enough to stay.
To be afraid to try something new for fear you’ll fail.

None of this means you’re dysfunctional or crazy.
It just means you’re human,
And that you need a little time for yourself.

You are not alone.

No matter how embarrassed or hopeless you feel about your situation,
There are others out there experiencing the same emotions.

When you hear yourself say, “I am all alone,”
It is your mind trying to sell you a lie.

There are so many people that feel exactly the way you do.
You are not alone and you will get through this.

I’m sure we have all felt “I am all alone” at times over the past six months.
It just means you’re human.
We who are Christian are not alone.
Jesus says he is as close to us as we will allow him to be.

“And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Matt 28:20

Spend some time today and this weekend
With your best friend – Jesus.
